Last time i prepared my jars and place them in glovebox, lids gave me trouble...I opened them very very hard. I understand that it was the trouble with pressure difference. Didnt have gas exchange lids.

general rule of thumb is to place your lids on upside down.

I usually just tighten them and then loosen the lid a fraction of a turn so I can get the same thing off afterward

Not tightening them down so much before sterilization is the answer you're looking for. No matter what kind of gas exchange filter you choose will make no difference. Canning is designed to have air tight lids suctioned on with the formed vacuum and they come off just fine.

If you turn them upside down they won't seal.
Even with a hole they are going to seal around the edges if you are using the rubber gasket lids that come with mason jars.
You can take off this gasket with a razor blade pretty easily.
If you just leave them as is it just takes some practice using your finger nails. Sooner or later it will become second nature.

This always happens to my jars, even with a tyvek filter. Like others said, don't tighten the ring like crazy before sterilizing.
Also, I've noticed that the lid doesn't sit on the jars evenly, and leaves a nice lip on one of the sides for you to get your hand under and pry it up. Feel around the lid for this lip before opening it, it makes it much easier.
Even when I've had to pry them off super hard, Ive never had a contam yet
