Hi Guys, SWIM has attempted their 1st grow. To test out the authenticity of the syringes they only inoculated 4 jars. 1 jar was discarded about 1.5 weeks into incubation as alot of green mold was seen growing. 3 other jars seemed to be fine. It is 3-4 weeks now and one which was looking good started showing a small green area starting to grow. Should they leave it or throw immediately. What is their chances with the mycelium actually fighting off the green. Also will the resulting fruits be inedible if the green is left... Thanks a million, see pic

Toss it....sorry for your loss.
If also other jars showed green , that means our syringe or print was contaminated or it could be your teknique that needs some more attention!

^ Yup that's trich. If you're doing BRF and not PCing, make sure you use a SAB or flowhood when inoculating.

Is that colonizing in a cup? Or just a weird jar.

Good technique and skill is how you get the least contamination risk. Doesn't matter what method you use if you contaminate something it will be contamination.
