He if you guys had to amend reused soil, what product would you use? Like- great white, recharge, plant probiotics, etc.
I can’t really speak to reused soil, but I’m using Great White this run and so far I’m impressed.

So I’ve been letting my plants sit in solo cups and one gallons of coir for a while so they’ll get a good root ball going. Turns out it stunts growth waaay more than I expected so I’m gonna start trying out transplanting sooner.
Next stop will be 3gal, would you guys transplant now or let it get bigger?? It’s been in the one gallon for 11 or 12 days.

If they’re still growing I’d leave them. If they’ve stopped I’d go ahead and transfer. Are you using mycorrhizae?

No just straight coir right now.
That’s the thing I’m trying to figure out, they’ll keep growing for a long time but it slows down after the initial burst.
I peeled the pot open and it looks like the roots are just hitting the edges now. Everything I read when I started made a big deal about root mass and letting them fill the pot before moving up, but I think I put way too much stock in that.
I had figured my longer veg times were from super low rh but turns out it’s from keeping them in their pots for too long. I just didn’t think that could happen so quickly in coir.
Usually they look like this when I transplant, definitely no wasted room. But seems like I could’ve done it weeks sooner and had a much larger plant in the same time.

Forgot i had that bottle of great white. These are the beneficials i'm currently using.
I hate transplanting from fabric pots. I'll use fabric pots as a final container but had to cut too many off to keep heathly root balls in tact.

Also good stuff

I’m with @LotKid. I’ve only used fabric pots for my final container. Looks like you damage a lot of roots transferring from fabric pots.
@A.k.a You should try some Great White. It’s made a big difference in my root development this run.

Think I’ll need an air scrubber for this grow? If so, any recommendations? Kind of worried about how this is going to smell in full flower.

I didn’t even know you could use that stuff in coir.
You’re definitely gonna need a scrubber if smell is gonna be an issue even a little bit.
I got a 6” Vivosun that seems to work pretty well, the can is way bigger than I thought and the fan is pretty powerful. Kinda loud though.

Yeah, I just sprinkle some directly on the roots every time I transfer. I’m in soil but I don’t think that matters with Great White.
I have a 6” AC Infinity fan and charcoal filter running atm but was concerned that won’t be enough.

So I use great white. I lay out the 240 or so pots, make holes, then dust some into the holes. Very little.
I’ve heard and read it needs to come in contact with the roots. But it slows the crew down sprinkling on the roots…. actually never even tried making that a part of it.
Maybe I should. Fuck
I use maybe a small corner of that yellow scoop.
How much do you use? Do you cover the roots or just a light sprinkle?
I have tried my usual overdose. I like to try killing plants with whatever nutes I use. I made a pile in a pot once and it mighta stunted the growth a bit. Idk.
You think I’m wasting it by sprinkling it to the coco instead of the roots?

240?! Damn.
This is only the second time I’ve used it. Last time I just mixed it with water and administered, this time I sprinkled directly on the roots and I’ve noticed a big difference. My roots weren’t nearly as strong last run.
When I transfer I put a layer of soil in the new pot, light dusting of GW on top of new soil, light dusting of GW directly on the roots, then fill up the pot and water.

Brain bulb isn't a scrubber the same as a carbon filter? I think you'll be fine with the 6" carbon filter.
I dust the roots when using GW. I don't use a scoop I just carefully tap the jar while twirling the stem around. Goes nearly as fast as sprinkling into the hole and I did notice a difference when it gets in direct contact. I also drip it in every watering with their Orca product.

I use hydrogard in dip solution for clone dips.
A year or two back I think I did the math and it would take more GW in the tank to wash in and figured it was better to hit soil instead. I’m gonna take the time and pick out the clones to be transplanted and dust the tray lightly. And then have the guys do the usual top dress on the coco. Might take a little extra but figure overall that’ll insure direct root contact.
Tried a a new dip today. Boosted the usual mix x2 on a few amendments and brought up the ph 2 points on accident. Thistle strain literally starts to yellow out in clone and continues through to flower and “finishes” a week early. Gonna boost things here and there and see if it’s just a special needs child. Half trying to see what will kill this clone group or improve overall vigor. Real hard to imagine it needs less.

Same idea yes. Carbon filter is for the tent, scrubber would be for the room. I’ll just use what I have but keep an eye on it.

It's average day time smoke with zero smell. Goes purple and gets frosty but it's not there on the terps or high, I won't grow it again.

Yeah I love sativa’s for daytime smoke. My go to for daytime has been Jack Herer lately. Looking forward to the Strawberry Cough I have germinating for my next run but want to try a Haze in the near future.
Looks like that TH is behind the rest. I saw someone mention 15 weeks in flower for Neville’s Haze recently. How long does the TH take?
