Just figured Id post a few pictures and a little write up about what I've got going on.
I made up some PF tek jars at the end of February. Knocked up Some Golden teacher and a week later I knocked up some cambodian. Let them Fully colonize and consolidate. Golden teacher Was at 100% around a week before the Cambodian (go figure It started a week early).
I let the Golden teacher Consolidate for two weeks and the Camb. for a week. The golden teacher was given a 24 hour dunk in ziplock bags in the fridge and the Camb. Was dunked for 24 hours at room temp. I didnt roll either after the dunk.
I placed them in my SGFC and originally was misting/fanning three times a day for the first four days, but it didnt seem like it was enough so Ive been misting five to six times per day the last two or three days. Have a few Fruits growing and Hopefully the signs of a few pins. They are near a window getting 10-11 hours of natural light per day.
I touched each cake with my bare hands (oops) while rinsing them before/after their dunks. It seems like after one night in the fruiting chamber almost every cake got some pretty severe bruising. I initially thought it was green mold but it hasnt gotten any worse. I also think they may have been too dry for the first few days which didnt help.
Heres a few pictures. Ill update as we go! Gonna cook another batch of PF jars and let them cool over night. Gonna some grain spawned to COIR next!

One question I have, if that is bruising like I assume, Will the bruising go away or is it there for the life of the cake?

Good to know. Thank you for the quick answer. Hopefully the more frequent misting will help get it there!

Is it alright to roll in verm after there are a few pins? Also. I’ve read it’s ok to use verm straight out of the bag when you roll. No need to sterilize? I also saw some people cook it on a baking sheet or in the microwave first. Any way better than the others?

Well got home from work today and the wo latgest fruits had torn veils. Time to research how to dry them out! Here’s some update pictures.
Cambodians are still uncased but pinning strong.
Golden teacher got redunked/rolled yesterday. Left one unrolled for comparison.
