First case of mycogone. Thoughts and experiences welcome.

All images looks characteristic of mycogone. My first experience with it. These are oysters by the way. Everything was going well but I noticed towards the end, growth slowed. Mycelium was covered everywhere and uniform. But then that one image you can see where the mycelium stopped more or less and it was like a blank space. Then it turned amber and in two days puffy white growth surrounded the mycelium. In the pics you can see a distinct difference in the two different mycelia growing. I thought this was pretty interesting. Sometimes I like to watch the contaminants go(inside of a jar) just to learn more about their growth characteristics. Always fun to learn. Thoughts? Experiences?

I’m dunking them. I’ve fruit anyways in a separate room. Or pasteurize some card board and fruit em outside. Not too concerned. If everything goes south it’ll be food for the fungus gnats outside. Everyone’s gotta eat. Peace.
