Converting bedroom in to fruiting chamber - questions and discussion

I have about 500 sq/ft of space that I'm going to turn in to a lab and fruiting chamber. I'm gutting the two bedrooms down to studs. I'm going to repartition the space to give more room to the fruiting chamber and less in the lab.
So here is where my questions come in.....
Disclaimer: I'm no construction expert. I have strong building skillls, just not good with procedures and protocols.
1. I plan too use 4x8 sheets of white, flat, smooth plastic panels. Usually I'd just glue them down to the drywall. I'm going to be moving in a couple years and want to be able to put it back to a normal room, with out having to replace ALL the drywall again. It's a really old house, all studs were measured by eye. So I will need something on the studs, before I put the plastic panels up, for support.
2. The room will have humidity and temperature control, lights, air movers/exchangers. In the high humidity environment, what precautions do I need to take with my electrical work?
3. It's a up stairs bedroom, the floors are old ass 3/4 tongue and groove. Only studs underneath. I plan on putting some 1/4in plywood down, then a linoleum or vinyl floor. Would it be wise to put a drain in? And should I build up the floor to pitch to the drain. Or is that over kill?
4. Right now, the house runs steam radiators. Do you see that causing any issues in the fruiting area? There won't be any radiator in the lab side.
*Edit* After talking things over with a buddy, we believe the better idea is to build a fruiting chamber in the room. That way we still keep the house in tact for resale without issues, and to have better control of environmental conditions. It'll be easier to keep clean. If business takes off and the need to expand presents itself, then we'll deal with it.
*End edit*
I'm sure I'll have more questions during the discussion.

I was going to suggest building a chamber vs tearing up the room 1x2's and plastic work quite nice. Then make wracks out of 3/4 conduit and your good to go. T Couple of inline fans for FAE and ultra sonic misters in buckets with fans and a humidistat for humidification.
It has the added benefit of having a separate area for colonization vs fruiting

I'm still gutting out the whole house, it's a old ass double block. There was water damage that I'm going to fix. This was left over space in the renovation plans. We're turning it in to a single family home.
I'll probably put two Chambers in there. I want to be able to clean it out monthly. Wipe the walls and everything. I guess thick plastic pulled tight won't be a problem to wipe down. I still might frame it out and put the plastic panels on three sides and leave the front to the rolled plastic.
Thanks for the rack advice, I'll keep that in mind.
Lights above the chamber or in?

Above it. Then you dont have to worry about water proofing them. If you have not all ready Check out myers mushrooms on youtube or threads by grower here. Myers did exactly what you are talking about in his garage and has made a very nice side business out of it
