We are making eggplant parmesan with Angel hair pasta and homemade marinara. With fresh eggplant from the college's organic garden.

I'm not huge into tofu but made this.

tofu, snow peas, broccoli, sesame seeds, sesame garlic sauce.  Put it over brown rice noodles.

I invented this while cooking it.

Italian polenta, chickpeas, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, zucchini, cauliflower, garlic cloves, served over Italian quinoa.

I just had my first outdoor BBQ for this season. Best weather! :sun:
My selfmade grill got really dirty during winter, but that's doesn't matter.. Firing still works well! :crazy2:

Pork steaks, some bought ready to use, others were self marinated with oil, honey, paprika, garlic, oregano and chilli.
