Most likely.  It would help to see the underside and to know where on Earth it was found.

I can find out what kind of tree and get more pics tomorrow. Look very aged, the underside was farely smooth but dirty looking. I think it is maple or oak tree it is on.

Hmmm... I don't think so. Polypores are not my strong suite, but Ganoderma lucidum rarely grows like this. This is just my opinion, take it with a big grain of salt, but I've never seen reishii growing like this. Maybe some other Ganoderma or Fomes species. But this is just my opinion, other TIs are much more knowledgeable than me. More pictures from different angles would help.

The host tree, location and sessile attachment suggests Ganoderma sessile but it would be nice to see the pore surface and a cross section to be sure.

I agree, but, in any case...this is last years fruit and has more than likely been eaten up by worms from the underside. If you want some for consumption (medicinal teas or extracts) I would revisit this tree in June or July...there will more than likely be new growth that is prime for harvesting.:awesomenod:

The tops have holes and all from bugs it looks like. It is last years batch i remember seeing them last spring also. I wasnt as interested in consumption as some tissue to clone and cultivate some out. More pics coming once sunshine shows

It is on a rotting pin oak tree next to a horse paddock. Northeast usa. See other ones around the base more of an orange color. Seem younger.

This is my time to shine. Sorry I was late, been somewhat absent on the shroomery of late, I still check it nearly daily, so don't be afraid to give me a ring.

This is Ganoderma sessile based on lack of stipe, growing habit and location. G.lucidum is not native to North America and highly unlikely to be found in the NorthEast, so we can fairly reliably rule that out off the bat.
