Just looks like metabolites to me, but those pictures are really close-up. Do you have any that are a little further away so it would be easier to see?

Take new pics and upload to shroomery and then copy link from your pics on shroomery and paste in the comment section and the pics will appear in your post and everybody can see
It´s hard to see how bad the jars are, take full pics of the jars and from different angles instead of zooming in on a small spot. GL

Those are still too close. Take some pictures where the entire jar is in focus and upload at smaller sizes plz.

I can tell you that you´r jars are probably a little bacterial but doesnt look really bad to be honest.
Were you planning on spawning this one jar to a bulk substrate, or both jars in the same tub? I would recommend separate tubs for each jar.
Wait for full colonization and give them a shake and see how fast the myc recovers, if it recovers nicely in about 48h then go ahead and spawn and you will probably get a decent flush even tho it´s a bit bacterial. GL

Ok thanks for the tip. I have these small drops of "something" in all my jars. I was planning to do a g2g transfer with att least one of them.. yeah my plan is to spawn them to coir/verm/gypsum in a monotub

Honestly, it just looks like metabolites to me. You could be getting them because they're trying to fight off bacteria, or because your colonization temps are too high. There's a very good possibility it's your temperature, since you have so much excess moisture in your jars. Were you putting your jars near a heat source? Make sure you're colonizing at room temperature. Any time you see water pooling on the sides like that, your moisture is too high.

Above the fridge can reach up to 25C that´s a bit on the hot side when you´re new to cultivation and just staring out, but if you work with clean cultures and have your sterile technique down then 25C is nothing to worry about, but until you have your technique down then room temp is the best way to cultivate cubensis. GL
A bit of condensation inside the jar but I don´t see any slimey wet spots, and the myc looks pretty good so far, I have hopes for this jar keep us updated in this thread

Yeah, put them on a shelf somewhere at room temperature and you should be fine.

Ok thanks, i have moved them to a cooler place now. Shouldnt be long til theyre fully colonized. Then i will try grain 2 grain transfer for the first time. Im also experimenting with liquid culture for the first time.
But from a another spore print that im not so sure if it was clean or not.

You should only g2g jars that are perfect, attempting to g2g bacterial jars will end badly most of the time.
As I said you can wait until the jars are 100 percent, then shake them and see how they recover. Then you will get a better pic of if you should g2g or spawn or top fruit from the jar.

I will try it, But Is there not a chance that you give a possible infection an advantage if you shake it?
have already shaken them once at 30 % colonization

Mold? I cant see any signs of mold. Only these small drops of something, in a other forum they say its just metabolites.
I will try mateahs advice and see.
But you probably right about the storage. It may be to hot keeping them on top the fridge. But i had never a problem with storing jars om top of the fridge before. PF cakes and popcorn jars, no problem. But oats maybe react diffrent

Your mycelium has a greenish/gray tinge suggesting mold underneath/intertwined with it.
