Holy fukk, wtf?
I've been depressed before, but like it's usually my fault, just like taking on too much work.
Have to be careful about meltdowns, etc, losing your shit, etc. I've done good so far, lol.
Like working 16 hour days 7 or more days in a row, etc. A person is no longer able to keep their composer at times, or at least it's realllyyy hard to do.
Wow.
Fuck money, but get it.

I'm a cook(chef) @ a fryer at a drive in bar joint at a projector movie theater, and I also help run a weekend counseling group at the local recovery school*
But the damn bar joint is kicking my ass, is what it is.
I also have side business yard work, pressure washing, home repairs, garden etc, house sitting, etc.

Is that I said I could/would do it, before I realized that I have a huge ass personal life.
SO it's like a big blast to my mah fukkin schedule.
So yeah. Going forward, I'll talk less and take more days off.

I have never in my life worked a 16 hour day or worked more than 6 days in a week. Im doing fine, you need to chill lol
