That plate of food looks great.  Fuck anybody that would scoff at being served that

taking my comment too seriously? i'm saying some top-restaurants are adopting this mentality, flavor before looks. most restaurants of "top-quality" don't pile food into the center of the plate.

besides that, yeah, the plate looks fine, it's just food....

Nothing personal directed towards you. I was a little drunk and feisty.  Just meant in general.  Like a guest scoffing at a home cooked meal served to them.  I wasn't even thinking restaurant environment

Made sesame-chicken for the first time today, and it was superb!

Chickenbreast marinated in chili paste, then roasted with soja-lime-honey sauce, sesame spread ontop afterwards.
Vegetables (carrot, cucumber, paprika and mushrooms) cooked in sesame-oil and lime juice. All flavoured with salt, pepper, sugar and garlic.
Served with noodles.

Looks yummy!  I threw some fresh cubes in a broth with onions, garlic, red curry paste, ginger, turmeric, toasted sesame oil, etc.  It was damn good.  Soup should be the new tea.  I took the pic right when I added the cubes.  I liked the red and blue contrast
