What is the purpose of removing sunflower seeds and cracked corn from wbs?

preference.

you could grow on either if you wanted. i find corn makes my wbs blends sticky so i avoid it.
sunflower seed just look ugly:shrug: but nothing wrong with them either.

leave em in, take em out? wont effect the end product in anyway really so do whichever.

i like the way this looks so i pick the sfs/corn out.

I take out sunflower seeds because they don't hold much water compared to milo and millet. Corn has too much starch and makes sticky grains.

I know they can both be used, but neither are anything close to ideal.

i recommend common sense and figuring it out.

These are the TEKs I use. They're all as cheap and easy as possible, just like your mom.
