Say you wanted some decent clone material quickly.
What recipe would you use??

If you want fast pins then you want to look at your genetics not your agar recipe.
Some cultures I've had blow up with pins as soon as they touch the edge of the plate. Others can sit forever and never pin.
Your agar composition is going to have very little to do with this. You just need to keep putting spores and cultures on plates until you see the pins you want.
No shortcuts unfortunately. Though I've heard that less nutrients = faster colonization but I've never noticed that to be true personally.

Could probably just put a mixture of wheat flour and coir in the bottom of a jar, sterilize it, and drop a wedge on it. That would probably pin faster than any agar recipe. Wouldn't you think?

Only one way to find out.
But since you'll have to wait for that transfer to fully colonize probably not since you could have spent that time waiting for a fully colonized plate to pin. I dunno
