Gulf Coast grow using simplified Cronik Tek method

So it's 3/22/18 and I am starting my 2nd grow ever. I am going with BRF, 2 parts Vermeculite, 1 part brown rice flour, and 1 part water. Mixed this all up and put into 4 wide mouth half pint canning jars, up to the treads. Put a top layer of verm from the threads to the top of the jar. I had drilled 5 holes in the canning lid for inoculation and air flow. Wiped the threads and lids of the jars with alcohol then put the lids on loosely. Wrapped the lids with tin foil, to avoid water from coming into the jars while PCing. Put 2 inches of water on the PCer and placed the jars on top of an upside down steamer grate. PCed the jars for 90 minutes. Let the steam out of the PCer, and ran water over it. This is something new I decided to try ; put all the jars in the freezer for an hour to cool down quicker. I took them out when they were cool to the touch. Prepared the bathroom for inoculation. Sprayed Lysol all over. Cleaned my hands. Used hand sanitizer. Used rubbing alcohol and cleaned the jars. I decided to try out the bonus syringe sent when I ordered my ecudor syringes. This grow would be Gulf Coast spores. I heated the syringe cherry red before innoculting each jar, cleaning the tip with rubning alcohol after each hole. I put .2 ccs in each hole, so 1 cc per jar. Wiped all jars down with rubbing alcohol once more, and placed them in my closet, suspended above a heating pad. It keeps the area around 73 degrees F°. Here is a pic of the jars and the containers each will be put in after colonization and dunking/rolling is done

3/26/18 my quick cooling technique worked. Whole process so far only took 3 hours, from making the substrate, to inoculation. First signs of life in all 4 jars with no contamination

Yesterday, 4/20, I decided to start the 24 hour dunk for all 4 100 percent colonized cakes. Tonight I will roll them in verm and put them in their mini fruiting chambers

It's 4/21. I rolled all cakes in verm and placed them in their fruiting chamber. I will not be misting at all, only fanning once or twice a day. My idea here is simplicity and stealth. These will be located on a shelf in my closet, which I will leave open during the day to allow indirect light from the windows
