Should i transfert soon ?

Hi peeps
My plate are 6 days old and i wonder when i can take a transfert from that one ? It's tiny still, maybe not fully developed, idk. Dont wanna take a piece when too early, i dont wanna make a noob mistake at that stage after 2 and a half month of fail du to bacterial ms syringe.


And again, sorry for my english guys, im speaking french and doing my best.

You can, and personally I would take from that part you circled in blue. I usually wait a little longer than that plate but thats because I like to make transfers to multiple plates from my first plate.

Ok man, anyway ill get my scalpels by mail tomorrow, yup, the part i circled in blue is imo the fastest growth so that where im planning to transfert from. So ill do it tomorrow.
As for the transfert should i put it upside down in the receiving plate ?

I try to but don't get hung up if it ends up on its side or something cuz even though you can't see it the myc colonized inside the agar too.

How long did it take for your spores to germinate? I put some on a plate nearly a week ago and still see no growth.

Hi there.
After 3 days, if i could get the good angle, with the good lightning, i was able to see that something was growing from the spore lol. 2 day later, so 5 day total it looked like that
