Contam or mycelium eating through colored agar?

So I've been working with agar, making pasty plates. Except my dye is this stuff

So it's not quite right. I hadn't had any problem with it on my 1st and 2nd round of rounds that i made, but then i switched things up. I did 2 things differently. One is that i, for some dumbass reason, decided to mix yellow and blue together so I'd have green agar. Two is that i got some square ziploc containers of similar size to a glad round that i guess are a bit bigger on bottom.
So i made the agar like usual, except i used more dye. Then i poured my typical amount (about a teaspoon and a half) into each ziploc...pressure cooked it, yadda yadda. The agar on these plates came out very thin, but i still used them so make transfers. Then this happened
Crazy feathery growth and pink looking agar on the thin spots.
Let me make that clear because idk if you can tell in the picture - it seems like only the agar is pinkish, not the mycelium itself.
See the bottom?
So what i think is happening, is that the mycelium is feasting on all the dye and it's turning pink because of that.
Or is it super contaminated and I'm an idiot for opening these and making transfers with them? Time will tell and I'll add pictures in a few days of the new plates of transfers..hopefully without the pink spots.

Skip the food coloring. It also kind of looks like mycelium growing over mold in the first picture

Yeah i thought it was definitely mold at first. I threw a few plates away because i had read to be super careful around pink/purple mold. But then when i realized it was happening to the majority of my new plates but not the old ones, i started trying to figure out what was going on.
So then i started really examining them and it seemed like it was only turning pink where the agar was thinnest. The way the square containers are, they're deeper on the outter edges than in the middle. So a lot of the agar pooled there on the edges, making the middle basicaly transparently thin. I should've just poured more agar and not used them at all, but i tried to rush things.
That's something I'll be working on a lot lately.
I left them a few days to see if the pink spread. It didn't- but the mycelium kept growing outwards and all white.
Then i read some old posts about mycelium eating the food coloring so i decided to try to figure out what the deal was.
Anyway when i took transfers of other plates that were pink, i took them with 2 goals in mind - the first, was to try to segregate and save some healthy mycelium and the second was to transfer the pinkest areas i could onto a nice new and thickly poured agar plate to see if the pink shit carries over.
And i probably should'nt've used the same type of food coloring in the new plates but i did. Not green combo however. 2 different colors of Orange and blue that didn't go pink on me in the past. Anyway maybe by tomorrow I'll have enough growth to see if it is pink or not.

and if you do use food coloring, use a very small amount, and light pink or blue I've found are the best IME. A lot easier to spot things on.
