Destiny 2, though it is getting lame. Once you aquire all exotics, you lose drive to keep playing the same old grind. I find myself putting the controller down before completing any daily or weekly tasks for this reason. Clash of clans and Clash Royale is fun on my phone.

Havent touched it in about a month because of that. Just no real rewards for doing the same old raids and Nightfalls.

Same here.
I really tried to give it a chance, I love Destiny. I think it's a great game and I love all the different looks you can have, guns and other things but there just wasn't enough to do.
Too much repetitiveness with some recycled missions. I also felt like the Nightfall was a lot harder.
I never even got high enough to do a raid cause I got bored. I heard even the first raid is crazy hard.

Hit 16 hours and taking a break, there is apparently more to it than the surface level bigger domes means being able to run a combination of services experimenting with a psychiatric tower that gets rid of peoples negative traits then shipping them back to various work domes also have had to basically throw up a dome of just housing as people who get old retire and leave the workforce but don't just turn around and die -- so they have to be shuttled to a new living quarters and someone else assigned to work at their job
there is definitely micromanaging that has been under my radar/ignored while learning it can presumably use the school to generate Martianborn colonists of varying specialties to maximize effectiveness and efficiency in workflow but have only started to play around with things like that in the mid-sized dome
The part that had me take a break was after scanning the surface of the planet and sending my research drones out happened across a weird reflective orb/egg thing buried in the dirt now the game is giving me options to attempt to communicate with it through radio waves or attempt to drill into it with a drone and am avoiding taking action because the trailer for the game had a bunch of big reflective spheres floating over the colony suctioning things up and am really not ready for any sort of disaster management
not really clear on what it will develop into and how it will mechanically impact the game spent the past couple days taking screenshots in Skyrim and posting on the Bethesda forums show your character thread so my insights are still paused there at the moment

Shit, why did I post all of this on the gaming grotto? Oh well, beats sending a long text to one's mother that is sent to your employer when fucked up.
Civ has me hooked again with its 30 dollar makeover. Just bought OOTP 19 with baseball around the corner. Love strategy and thinking, stats. Not just bombastic non stop ADD type games. Will buy the new Red Dead Redemption when it is finally released.
How much can you take with a movie going, gaming, music, and the whole sensory overwhelment? It sometimes is to much to take depending on what substance I am on if anyone can relate. Sleep is key to me but it is stupid that 1/3 of our lives are wasted on it. I think I finally get the meaning of I will sleep when I die. Fuck yes. Amped up for tonight.

Hearthstone is fun. I'm pretty good at it. The only annoying thing is when they have like 10 legandaries and shit in a deck. Well that was fun I guess lol.

I played HS for a few years, enjoyed it for a long time but after a while the frustration at the way the metagame developed ended ladder for me. I started playing arena but back then your entire arena run could easily be determined by just getting a shitty draft. Still the case now a days a bit but with the higher chance of crazy cards changing the entire outcomes with one card its possible even a bad or average deck can go the distance with skill.
I still watch HS, but just don't play it anymore.

Yeah I play it professionally. I have a good 3k wins under my belt, hit 12 arena wins twice, and i've hit legend twice now. Good shit, but i just like card games. It's had a couple bad expansions, and the RNG can really feel fucky but I stick around because it's always refreshing and fun to play.
Also, HS streamers are great. I respect Kripp and Day9. Real entertaining game to stream.

Kripp can be funny sometimes but he gets salty way to easy, reminds me of myself hahaha.
I tend to watch Amaz, Hafu, and Dog since I work nights and they usually stream in the mornings/afternoons.

and im bouncing between that sounds epic but also sounds like a task. thanks for the reply il give it a patch or two and rewatch some streams to see how i feel.
