colonized sub looks to be junk

they were doing ok then got a yellowish green tint in a very short time. im assuming they are junk and have isolated them

Wouldn't say junk yet, may still get some fruits. Looks like bacteria, can't really tell but I don't see any obvious molds.

Did the right thing by isolating them regardless.

i didnt think it looked like mold either. would the shrooms be safe to consume? and is there anyway to fight off the bacteria?

The mushrooms should still be good to eat, considering they fruit sucessfully.

Just give it lots of FAE, make sure it gets moisture, but don't let it dry out and keep an eye on it.

Not much else you can do. Don't listen to people who say spray it with peroxide etc.

If worse comes to worse you can put it outside in an outdoor bed/garden.
