Hey Shroomery
So I got one 10cc syringe of guadalajara and 10cc Chile spores and after 3 days I can see growth on the guadalajara jars but not on the chile. I'll post some pics if the myc. grow some more. I'am intrested in asking if this is fast of a cubensis? And is the Chile cubensis a slow cultivator?

i reqally hate to tell you this my friend, but most if not all cubensis mushrooms have very similar growth patterns and parameters. it will be as fast as it will be if you make sure the conditions you have are optimum.
in best conditions expect to see your multispore syringe make obvious myc in about 3-6 days(ish)

look all you like. just dont disturb them too much. colonization thrives on neglect.
the chilie will show eventually (assuming you have not got any contams etc)
patience is a very useful tool for this hobby!

Today after 3days since incubation I looked and saw some myc. growth .I had the tape cover the holes since incubation but decided to take them of for beter GE.I asume the dry verm layer would keep out the air contm.

dry verm is for contams, you're absolutely correct.
Don't incubate. Keep at room temp 64-74F is fine and light is beneficial for mycelium @ all stages of growth.
I keep my jars, bulk, LCs, etc on a 12/12 cycle of indirect 6500K lighting.
