APE - Are These Ready? So Hard to Tell

Like Always - thanks to everyone who has contributed to this board. I learned everything I know from you guys and cultivating my own mushrooms has given me so much joy. This is my first time with APE. The grow has been soooo slow and has required a lot of patience. These APE pinned almost 2 weeks ago and I'm finally seeing some fruit. The mushrooms are only about 1 inch tall, but there caps are starting to turn up (see photos). I know that this is generally a short and stout mushroom, but is this 1 inch the average height? When would you harvest these?
Also, do you find that your first flush is typically your least volume flush? There are not many mushrooms on this sub at all, just 2-3 clusters spread around the shoebox. I just harvested my second flush of some Golden Teachers and I got about double the amount as the first flush. Anyways, thank so much for your help and input. Thanks!

They probably won't become any more potent ,I have found when the caps turn blue its about the time to pick them The APE should be considered a novlity grow because it's normally just enough for one or two people which is why I like them

Thanks so much - do you think that they are ready to be harvested? They are so so small, but the caps are starting to turn up.

For me, when the caps start turning inside out I call them done.

Got it - I will go ahead and harvest them tonight, dunk the sub and hope that I get a better flush on the second go around. The first round there were only scattered clusters. Not very much fruit at all.
