I know I’m a noob here but this thread instantly made me think of the fabric pots I use for gardening. They’re round planting pots basically made out of the same type of material. Thoughts on using them?

LOL, the fabric I used were left over from pots I made myself....:spinleaf:
I'm assuming you are referring to smart pots or something similar?
I'm sure it would work the same. Maybe take a little longer for the mycelium to penetrate due to thickness....:shrug:

Yes smart pots, they are awesome for tomatoes fyi
I’m sure they could be sterilized in a PC. Fill the pot with spawn and substrate of choice, plastic liner over the top of sub, fold over the edges of the pot and flip it over then stick it in your FC? I’d think it would keep the sub from drying out and you could just mist the fabric to promote pins.
Just a noob throwing out ideas here but I think Ill try it out for shits and giggles!
