That depends. If a member of the NRA is adversely affected by the law, the NRA can have standing under Sierra Club v. Morton.

I have no idea how they're going to fare. I don't have a lot of hope for Americans anywhere to take a rational approach. All that has to happen is a few kids get killed and people lose their fucking minds.

I couldn't agree more.
As of 2015, the amount of gun homicides was around .00004% of the population. Violence is decreasing in America, but gun crime is somewhat up. Although, it has floundered about through the years. To be honest, for a country of 325,000,000 people, I think that rate is decent -- although it can be improved upon. It is honorable when the government or states attempt to lower the percentage of deaths every year, but it is dishonorable to take our right to bear arms. We are a constitutional republic. Our inherent rights through the constitution come first.
I am no lawyer, but I think what they are doing is sad.

I am in a minority on the shroomery, as I frequently defend the opposing side when they have a point about something or when my side make believes something about them. I also attack my side if I think they're wrong. People here get very confused by that and think it means I prefer the other side.

It’s not just that a few kids are getting killed , crazy fucks are assaulting schools with civilian assault rifles and tearing kids to pieces . An ar15 is extremely brutal within its operating range . It’s like that deer I shot at close range a few months ago , the bullet turned it’s stomache inside out , looked like soup , That’s whats happening .

As a gun owner, I don't have a problem raising the age requirement to 21. You have to be 21 to purchase a hand gun.
I think the tax exempt status the NRA has should be rescinded...

I have no kids nor any affinity for other people's kids. People get murdered. It sucks, but very few get murdered by ar-15s. If the ar-15 were never invented, it wouldn't make a dent in the problem.
