Cloning 101?

So in the process of ms to agar on a few strains. I want to learn how to clone from a specific fruit. Is there a link or tek for a step by step?

The let's grow mushrooms series on YouTube has a section on it. There's a big 3 hour video and it's around 2 hours in.

Take an inner tissue sample with a scalpel by tearing the stipe in half inside of sterile conditions from mature fruits that posses characteristics you desire, and place tissue sample onto agar.

you can find most of the relevant teks through the links in the guides and stickys posted at the top of the forum. especially in the getting started forum.

in addition to the let's grow mushroom videos there's plenty of TEKs like this one
