Hello, im in the process of doing my first transfer of my first set of agar and wanted to ask some experienced members if they could give me some input, it would be greatly appreciated
I still have my syringe spores so if i need to start over again that wont be an issue.

all look great to me. execpt tamp plate2. i usually avoid transfers from spore germination near the edges. even if i think its clean.
and the last pic of galindio plate1, something bottom right looks funky.

Looks like very tomentose psilocybe myc to me.
I agree with mushboy.
Also white mold will almost always sporelate within a day or two and will almost always be green. Everything there looks normal.

Cant we just go back to having them be different? "Psilocybe Atlantis" is such a cool name.
I also suggest staying away from the edge of the plates. Center is where the love is.

well i did the transfers, now only time will tell.
if these come out clean then the next step will be making liquid cultures for inoculation.

ill make sure to post some updates. Just wondering with doing a transfer about how long will it take to start seeing growth, i assume it will be faster then going from spore syringe.
Also with doing a liquid culture from a piece of agar, about how long would it take to get usable liquid culture after adding the agar to it. I do have a stir plate that will be used. I was figuring the liquid culture will be around 100 to 200 ml at most.
