Purple sticky salvia experience!

Hey everybody!

So I know that this is a magic mushroom site, but it seems people post all of their psychedelia experiences on here, reguardless of substance used.  Therefore, I'd like to post an experience with purple sticky salvia extract, I beleive it was 30x.  I cant really remember, it was long ago.  I just recalled with great vividity the detail of what i experienced after telling my girlfriend of it, just a few moments ago.

I should put a small disclaimer in here that you all are probably already aware of:  any psychedelic substance can cause extremely profound and strange experiences.  These feelings may illicit further nuances of character, to a greater or lesser degree for any amount of time.  Please use with caution, do your research and be educated.

A side note exclusive to salvia:  This substance in my opinion is capable of producing extremely cool/neat experiences and/or extremely scary ones.

Now on to the report:

I sat alone in my room, not bothered by anyone or anything.  I had a small bowl loaded with a small pinch of the salvia extract.  I smoke it all and inhale deep and hold it.  The taste and smell is reminiscent of freshly cut grass. after four or five seconds, the trip begins.

As i sit looking around my room, my vision begins to zoom out.  It zooms out at a fairly rapid place.  As im watching my field of vision zoom out, I somehow strangely sense that my whole life is included in what Im seeing.  all of my feelings, everything Ive ever felt, everything I am and have ever known is zooming out along with my field of vision.  Soon I realize that the field of vision is just a tiny, tiny peice of something way, way bigger.  Everything continues zooming out, and there are hundreds of thousands of other tiny peices of other fields of visions.  At the time, I beleived these to be either other dimensions of my own life, or, more likely, other consciousnesses (other peoples lives, for instance, as mine was just a tiny peice of the millions).  As I looked, I realized that all of these tiny peices were formed into the shape of a letter.  I struggled to see what the letter was.  It looked like the bottom half of the letter "O".  I inherantly knew that there was way more than I could possibly see.  All of these tiny peices were ingrained into these giant letters, they all made up the letters.  The letter was part of a word.  Everything in existence was within this word.  I never got to see the whole word. 

Ever since this unexpected experience, there has always been a new perspective on "In the beggining was the word, and the word was with god, and the word was god." for me.

I recently visited my grandma in Central America. While I was there I unfortunately came down with a cold or flu or something. This lasted a few days but on one particular day I got it bad. I had asked my grandmas helper lady to get me some common sage and chamomile so I can make some tea. she lives on the side of a volcano and the sage she brought didn’t look like common sage but I was so fucked with a fever that night that I didn’t even care. It definitely looked like a salvia plant. I made tea and went to bed. While I was laying down the entire room was shrinking and expanding but it felt like I was the one shrinking and expanding. the shadows from the blinds had wavy colorful outlines. It basically felt like I was tripping. That night I had intense dreams, nightmarish ones. The last thing I remember was that I kept hearing a voice yelling. “AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH” everytime I heard this yell I got shivers down my spine and started to sweat more. Now that I reflect on this yell I’m almost convinced the yell was my own voice. I can’t say if it was this plant that caused this experience or the high fever. I have a history of hallucinating when I get fevers.

Salvia divinorum isn’t usually thought to be active through the stomach, maybe some absorbed through your gums and intensified your tendency to hallucinate from fever?

What was the reciepe for the tea?

Did those tiny pieces by chance look like tiles or flip/spin around on their axis?

definitely active in stomach and is an ancient treatment for stomach ache (stone in belly)

I have used it in tea, and people who have had the tea (not just myself) report cognitive effects within 20 minutes that last around 20 minutes.

there is no reason to imagine it would not be active orally (swallowed) as well as buccally (chewed - in cheek), the big mistake people make is to imagine it has any effect sublingually (under the tongue) - it is 99% inactive under the tongue.

They sort of looked like tiles.  It was just my whole field of vision, like a movie screen getting smaller and smaller.  This was a one time thing, exclusive to this specific trip.  However, every time ive smoked it, I always see what looks like alot of small doors opening, or more like things flipping over slowly, again and again.  Sort of like when someone gives you a big wave, in one big swoop

Dried chamomile, dried salvia plant matter, and ginger root if I remember correctly. When I told the helper lady I told her to get me “hierba sabia” which translates wise herb usually speaking of salvia plants. The only way to find out what it was is to go back which I have planned next month. Hopefully my grandma didn’t throw it out cause I had left basically a whole dried plant of the stuff. Naturalistics  trip reminds almost exactly what I experienced.
