Keep in mind cubes in the wild are prone to warm conditions so I day or two of increased temps isn’t gonna hurt them. I would just do a little misting maintenance because the subs may have dried out a little, but other than that I’d keep on doing what you’re doing...no fear no worries
Thanks for fast reply, even though they are colonizing, should I open them up and just mist the walls and substrate a bit? Probably use some cool water to do it.
Edit: Gave a little mist to each tub, should be fine now.

Trying to lower temps right now however temps could have been high as 85-100f last night. I notice on the sides nearest to the heater have no condensation. A little worried I might have done some damage.
Heres some pics after two 1/2 days. They colonized much more last night however, still thinking some damage has been done. Anyone have anything to say about high temps?

Damn that looks sweet!! Im sure they will be ok brother, not sure what the weather is in cambodia but im sure its hotter than 100f

Yeah tubs are fine, more worried about the nearby jars that are just starting to colonize though. If it doesn't work out I'll toss em.
Tubs are still colonizing fast.

A week or so, just starting to show small growth now in a couple jars. Very slow, might be tossing them.

It took less than a week to colonize these tubs. Putting them to work now. Will update when starting to pin.

I'm interested to see how the fruits look. Compared to the other varieties I grow, I've grown Maz and the fruits were relatively small with very white stems and dark contrasting caps. I wonder if these will look similar.

Yeah they are pinning, took 5-7 days from when introduced to fresh air. Pins are small right now, looks like it will be a decent pinset. Will take a picture probably tomorrow or the day after for a better look.
Edit: Actually here's a pic. Very small pins, but is still producing pins, should be a nice pinset.

I've never grown mazapatec, only GT, b+ and blue meanies, I'm used to very large fruits so I'm hoping for something good.

Unfortunately I am getting very many side pins, so I will continue to use liners with these shoeboxes for now on.

I have 3 dubtub'd, 1 with the lid flipped and 1 with the lid on. All of them are producing large amounts of side pins. A liner must be used imo.

Everything colonized at the same time, some pinned late however. That's just MS though.
My 20qt tubs that are 1:3 cvg have colonized in 6 days, very impressed.
