Went hunting today. I believe these are all pan cyans! I wish I had weighing scales but it felt like 50g or so...

Penis Envy? Bluing found in dung...

Mycelia... Can you tell me an easy way to grow with this? Stick it in potted manure - with water/ Light?
I have read different teks but I havent got alcohol, Correct Mason jars and sterile environments etc so looking for a more organic (easy) grow method.

Ya that's a nice haul of Panaeolus cyanescen.
As far as the other mushroom. Penis envy is just a variety of Psilocybe cubensis, and that's not a Psilocybe cubensis.
If you would like to grow some pan cyans, take a bunch of spore prints from the mushrooms you have found, and start reading and learning as much as you can in the cultivation forum until you can get the proper supplies needed to have a successful grow. Your not going to have any success by just sticking a bunch of old mushrooms and Mycelium into a pot of manure.

Not a Psilocybe, this looks like a Bolbitius sp., try to compare with B. coprophilus.

If your talking about the, little spots on the stem, that's not blue bruising, you can see it stains reddish brown after you cut it.

Update on putting pan cyan mcelia/reject shrooms in my manure pot

This was one I harvested: Not pictured above... Worried about the lack of obvious bluing but what else could it be? THe spores were violet with a hint of green?

I think thats a pan cyan as well.. What else could it be!

That's dangerous thinking, dont take chances like that with mushrooms, you must be sure. I'm not trying to be a jerk, I just want you to be safe, some mushrooms are unforgiving.

I understand what your saying and how it happened, lots of experienced mushroom hunters have poisoned themselves doing just that. I always follow this rule "when in doubt, even the slightest, throw them out". Never take chances, I've been picking cubes and pan. Cyanescens for 30+ years, I id in the field and again at home, even if I was sure of what I picked in the field, if there is any doubts when I'm sorting again at home they go in the compost pile.
