Adopting a cow???
    #25019604 - 02/24/18 11:23 PM (3 years, 2 months ago)

I live on an acre and I've been considering adopting a cow with hopes that it will produce more than just milk. Has anyone out there tried this? I know they must  be grass fed. I was thinking mini cows might be the way to go since I only have an acre. Would I just put the desired spores in its food? I like the idea of them growing naturally in my back yard when the weather permits and I can help an animal or 2 in need. Please let me know if anyone has pulled this off if you have any tips or suggestions. Thx.

Well I will just say that on the off chance that you actually do want to milk the cow that it has to have a baby first and you have to continually milk it or it stops producing milk. I'd go with a beef cow, you still get your shit  but at the same time once he is old you can eat him and make tasty steaks. Milk cows are just too much work.
