I bring the wheat & it is hard.

Here's my Wheat Prep "tek".  It assumes that you know the fundamentals of grain prep & just want to try a new recipe.

No idea. He seems to have disappeared right after he got his tc tag. At first I thought it was just his annual break but it's past time he would have showed up by now I figure.

Ugh!  Taking jars out of the sterilizer and one of the lids came slightly off and canted a bit in open air.  Didn't full come off the jar, but it was clumsy enough with a little gap between the lid and the jar lip for a split second that I think I lost that jar.  So frustrating.  I guess I can run this mono with 5 quarts instead of 6, cuz I'm not running another cycle for one damn jar.

Maybe I lucked out and it didn't breath in any contams.

My problem with outside is flying bugs. I really want to spawn something outside this spring but I have a strong feeling it's going to be eaten before a flush

Yes. I always use fresh polyfill for every crop. If you mean during fruiting then no. Remove the tray and finish it somewhere else if it gets a green mold.
