yes I am trying not to buy cigarettes
but I get that like trying to convince others that the world is positive I was doing that last night with my brother, just saying that we do things to make the world better and that like makes the experiences better.
at least I think I get it I think you were doing that.
I was just like you don't have to do that with me because I'm doing it myself but I don't know I am not supposed to teach you. it's fine. I just know you are a reeeeeally great guy, I used to think about you a lot, but to me you have mostly been an internet thing, like I was just reading posts so seeing the posts was pretty much all there was to it.
also like thinking things like that we are not ok is maybe because the world keeps changing we are ok with my new computer I seem to have figured it out, like that we are ok basically and also some other things, but the world keeps changing and we get illusions and I am reincarnated every night.
but we are ok and it's positive positive states because of activities that are good for us and meditation but I think I have lost track of it some illusion has come up and the world keeps changing and we change because of it.
sorry for my flaws. and my screwed up ness.

but that is just something happening in my brain no need to talk about that, I just hate it when you critizise me it seems totally different from when the nurse and my mom critisize me but I get it (now)

yeah it was a positive night
like in twin peaks where the person disappears in smoke in prison (like that kind of positive like the opposite of the difference between having disappeared and before that. like I got that view/truth(?) when I saw it.
I painted (a painting) today. I paint.

I haven't figured out if I became messed up from drugs
or if I became smartness crazy
drugs probably affected my dinking (thinking) negatively, like my philosophy or values. I probably became messed up.
I have found that meditation can work on one's values, maybe even the cycle of one's value (the cycle of one's values during one's time on earth).

pranayama yoga is an agent of balance (probably inner but probably outer too) and harmony
harmony is beautiful
it is almost very effective
it is not as good as meditation, maybe a little better than half as good
excercise, shower and meditation: "I'll bring your novel to gertrude stein" - midnight in paris

I just meditated a few minutes and then it was like I could make somer better decisions, but then it was rough.
it was like the meditation could make a big difference.
