Grain jars help

Inoculated several quart jars on Jan 26th, only 2 of them are showing growth which is a spot less than a inch in diameter. For the first week or two I had them sitting in a cold room but since I moved them it seems like they’ve started to grow. I heard it takes 2 weeks max for a quart of grain inoculated with agar.

Also I was doing some grains and I soaked them with coffee scraps and I didn’t rinse off the coffee. Will that do anything to the myc there’s still coffee all over the grain

Myc is fine. Cold temps stalled.

Coffee is an issue with contaminants. Watch out for those for sure with the stall and coffee
