Papilionaceous? Ater/Fimicola? Olivaceous?

Hey, guys! Need a little help identifying this/these panaeolus species, please. The more I read, the less sure I am.
These were observed in a cow field in southern Georgia that is hilly and very well fertilized by both cow and chicken dung. They were found growing near, but not directly from, the poo.
Spore print is jet black for all of them; gills are ashy black and perhaps pulling away from the stem?
Caps didn't appear to have veil remnants at first, as in papilionaceous, but maybe it's apparent in the pics? Most of the field is inhabited by inky caps, so perhaps I missed that detail because they were in such contrast.
The cluster appeared grey and black (from spores and a good rain.).

The solitary find was ashy brown, with a darker edge, (like subbs/foes/olives).

The stem of all were very thin, but those found in the cluster were brittle, while the solitary mush seemed to be more meaty, with a spiral stem. Cluster had straight stems.
No bruising, but reddening.

Totally agree! I moved from the land of weilii/caerulescens, atlantis, and whatnot, and am just getting familiarized with panaeolus. The littler ones all look so similar to me!

...really, though? They all look the same to me. Aside from the difference in stem thickness, that is, but it can vary with most other mushrooms.

Damn, I need to invest in a microscope.

Me too.
Lots of toothy margins there, also those reddening stems.
