Monotube stalling

Hello friends
So its been about 7 - 10 days after ive induced fruiting mode... I know i should wait more before making any sense to it but im just checking if my conditions are right.
So at the start ive had only 3 spawn jars but ive read that it will be enough just longer time to colonize
The room is small and i sleep in it, i introduce fresh air through small window two times a day, i keep fan near the mono all day, the temperature is around 22 degrees, 72 fahrenheit, moisture inside is around 80 - 85%, for the light source i have 6500 kelvin and the mono gets around 15 hours of light, both natural light from small window and the bulb. I cant have it 12/ 12 because of my sleeping ritual
I dont opet, i dont mist... How does it look to you?

Moisture on the surface is what matters. If this was my tub, I would continue to mist as needed per the substrate conditions and I'd probably loosen the polyfil a bit...might not be getting enough FAE. The more fresh air the better IMO.

Just remain patient and lose the fan. What "window" are you talking about? The polyfil holes should provide enough fae if they're not too tight.

Your tub looks pretty dry already to me, you might need to pick up the mist bottle.

I have small window in my room and i open it to bring fresh air inside the room... due to the fact im also sleeping in it...
My poly is VERY loose at the top and VERY dense in the bottom holes... should i make them a bit looser?
And why so u say get rid of the fan? everyone says to have fan in the room all the time for FAE. I will introduce misting!
Im also heating the room with infrared heater

How is your surface moisture??? Is it covered in a fine layer of water beads?? If it isn't and it was mine I would probably open it and give it a light misting with distilled water..... Misting it and opening it will help to deliver fresh air and oxygen directly to the surface.... Also after misting leave your lid on but turn it sideways somewhat so that air can flow into the tub through the top corners.... I would let it air out for an hour or two after misting depending on how the surface would look.
Misting lightly and then allowing extra FAE will help create an environment of constant evaporation which will help stimulate pin production on the surface........ That's probably what I would do if it were mine anyway....

Why not? I use distilled water just so that I know there aren't as many potential germs in it.
I see alot of people recommending plain tap..... What should be used?? I have also used bottled spring water because my tap water is chlorinated so there's no way I am spraying it on my tubs!

Why would you worry about germs in a non sterile process?

Yeah I'm sure there are more nasties floating around in the air in our houses then in tap water, shit i was part of the generation that grew up playing outside and drinking out of garden hoses

It really all depends on your sub as far as misting...my thoughts on the polyfil were based on the picture...just looked really compressed in the front. As long as the room is staying around 70 F no heating is required. Just keep a nice, small beading of water droplets on the myc as far as misting goes and if you're needing to use a fan to force air in then you're probably packing the holes too tight....just

Why add cost when tap is perfectly fine.

My tap water bruises my subs..... It is treated with chlorine at the water plant as most taps are. Why would you want that on your sub? I use distilled or drinking water because it is a dollar a gallon and I can afford it as poor as I am.
It is just an easy step in the process that makes ME feel a little better. Also I have gotten subs in the past to flush seven and eight times with NO MOLDS before they were spent. Using distilled water to mist with could be partly to thank as it helps potentially minimize the amount of overall contaminates that the colonized substrate is exposed to. Just my thoughts on it..
I myself also played outside, drank out of garden hoses, swam in rivers, drank crick water, cooked my own crawdads, all that good stuff... But I am not a colonized mushroom substrate fending off unwanted competition like bacteria and molds.
I like to give my subs all the help they can get....

When i can smell the chlorine in my water, it does bruise my mycellium... although i jist keep using it cuz thats probly not why it bruised... diluted bleach doesnt bruise it. If literally dunked things in bleach water and it didnt bruise at all and actually came back with vigerous growth

If you're worried about the quality of your tap water you can always use a PUR or Brita faucet filter
