OP here, Mr. Smith has absolutely NO intention of selling.
This is maybe my 5th post on the boards. I'm approximately 50 years old, never tried shrooms in my life. Saw a youtube video that made me think it might be cool to try. Found this place, followed BOD's SAF system, and now my house (kitchen and sunroom) look like a laboratory.
I jump from hobby to hobby on a pretty regular basis and enjoy growing plants as well. I don't have many visitors but I'd still prefer to have a cover story for the friends who do visit. They're so used to me doing odd things that I think most of them would believe I was just growing regular mushrooms, especially if I offered them a salad with fresh grown shrooms or a steak covered in gravy and shrooms.
I was just wondering which non-psycoactive mushroom that taste good could be grown in exactly the same way as my B+ and Golden Teacher.
Then again I could be like Walter White and have a nasty disease, only years to live and need a way to put my kids through college....

Plausible deniability is having a believable story as to why you are innocent when you have been involved with someone doing something damnable.
It would be like giving someone loads of manure from your horses when they told you it was for growing A. Bisporus. Really they were growing Cubensis, but if you had never been to their grow house you could plausibly deny that you knew what they were doing. Therefore, it would be harder to convict you for conspiracy.
You can't plausibly deny that P. Cubensis is growing in your house if you live there and it's growing everywhere! Maaaybe you could deny it if you had a roommate that hid it all away in her closet.
More to the point, you shouldn't leave your grow supplies lying out for everyone to see.

I
All that matters is if they get the suspicion to raid you in the first place. If they think you got cubes, then they will find them if they are there. Either way, your pretty much fucked because if they are on to you, then you already fucked up. You shouldnt have people seeing all that in your house, no matter if they are personal or not.
Spawn has actives in it, which is why its illegal to sell cube LC. Im just guessing that they would weigh all your cube spawn, jars and all, and count it all towards the weight of shrooms that they say you have.
------------------ All spawn would go towards total weight. And when such weight becomes so much, then you would end up with intent and trafficking.

Same conditions and look damn near identical.
Also : King stropharia with a pasteurized compost casing, and shimeji (H. tessalatus) might work.
If you just use monoβs as fruiting chambers and make sawsut blocks you can do lions mane as well but not expect a high yeild.
Replace the coir with sawdust for all the woodlovers.
Many of these species require far more FAE than cubensis and might turn out looking wierd without it.
