TOTAL NOVICE but...what would be the next step?

let me preface this by saying i know nothing about mushroom cultivation (i’ve studied the pf tek for indoor but never done it). i’ve skimmed outdoor cultivation threads here but sometimes they go over my head. i read long ago about starting mycelium growth in wet cardboard.
i forgot a few months ago i had put stem butts from psilocybe allenii found this season, and i finally looked and noticed it’s growing!
can anything be done? i don’t want to get to technical about it, but if i could start an outdoor bed that would be amazing. or should i just take this and spread it around town? suggestions?

Agar and then what? Sterilize wood chips and spread it?

Ok hold up..For someone that doesn't have any experience or knowledge in mushroom cultivation I would say that your next step would not be agar, but breaking your teeth on something more simple like actually "doing" the PF Tek to familiarize yourself with mycelium growth and simple cultivation. Ya agar might help you in the current situation, but if you have no clue what to do then its a moot point.

Before you start...Do you have a Pressure Cooker and a Dehydrator? I highly recommend getting both!

On a hail Mary...research Agar specifically strain isolation and take a sample of the myc you have and begin doing transfers until you have a contam free isolate.
If you can achieve that objective then research agar to grains and go from there...good luck!
