Coir all the way. Pretty much anything from bodhisatta will guide you in the right direction. He explains things well, does things simply but effectively, and has all the teks he uses/has wrote organized in an easy-to-follow manner. Check it out:
https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/24297804
I've been a member since 2010 and been reading this site since it's inception. There is a wealth of information here, and sometimes the hardest part is sifting thru it all and figuring out which tek (or set of teks) you're going to use...if you try doing too much, you will certainly be less successful than you'd be if you focused all your attention on a few simple things at first, then working your way up from there.
But I assure you that this site is all you need to become a successful grower. Have fun, be safe, and good luck!

Just do spores to wbs. Once colonized do g2g to as many receiving jars as u want. Once colonized, hydrate ur coir, mix spawn with coir and give fruiting conditions. Thats really it. All u need is grains and coir.

There a shorter route: with white rice>whole grain>fruit. Then go grain to grain and then add some horse dung to the setup and you will have spawn all day long.

I found the link to the tek that would be used. Pretty much all, except the monotub tek.
http://en.psilosophy.info/detailed_grow_log_tek_penis_envy_in_a_monotub.html
Seems like a lot more goes into the coir with this tek than most. Most of these materials are already on hand. Does all this need to go into the coir and ph'd to 7.5? Don't remember seeing that on most of the other teks researched. Do these additives provide any kind of advantage?

Even with all that tape tyvek filter are useless if started from spores. Spores directly on lc is a no no.
Learn agar first and sab brother. Then from there u can go to lc/grains/bulk.
There are good tek from tc and amu. Amu https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/16453495
Bodhisata tek are good. https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=24297804&page=0&vc=1#24297804
Pastywhite Aswell as no pour agar https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/19208976/fpart/1/vc/1

Start with agar. Then 2 or 3 agar to agar transfers. Then agar to grain. Then spawn to bulk
