Agar has green spots. Should I douse them in bleach before turning on the flow hood?

My best agar plate has a few small green spots, not yet touching the mycelia. I use a laminar flow hood, and Stamets wrote that mold spores are dispersed by air flow. I'm worried the mycelia will get infected during the transfer process.

Would it help if I pipette a few drops of bleach or 50% H₂O₂ onto the mold colonies before I turn on the flow hood? I want to keep the spores wet so they won't float around, and using disinfectant is just a precaution. Is it better to just rely on the flow hood to keep spores away from the work? I'm afraid any air turbulence would spread the spores.

Should I make a still air box just for this one petri dish?

It looks like you've got more contaminates that those green dots to me.

I'd use a SAB and make a few more transfers before feeling comfortable opening that in front of a hood.
