No poly-fill needed. No sterilization of the mist needed. A filter on the humidifier intake will help.

Follow ATWAR's advice but please answer my question : why would you need to humidify your incubation chamber?

Incubation chamber is normally used for substrate colonization. Two only ingredients needed : heat and dark.

Terrarium is used to fruit your cakes or casings. 3 only ingredients needed : High humidity, fresh air and light.

You might also want to throw a small living gnome in here so they can take care of the growing babies as well as eating some contams as soon as they pop in.

.fs.
