No primordia forming in 100% colonized jars

Im colonizing six jars currently. They were inoculated about a month and a half ago, two of them have been 100% colonized for the last three weeks but haven't formed any pins, the last four of them are taking FOREVER to colonize. Temps are at least 74 in the room, and I flipped the jars upside down because I read that helps the bottom of the jar colonize. Any ideas?

I would crack em open and give them a sniff if they smell good put in fruiting conditions. How far along are the other jars ig if they are closed I would wait for them

Birth the ones that have consolidating for 3 weeks. The fresh air exchange ought to initiate pinning. Be patient with the others, or scrape off the uncolonized parts off and birth them all at once.

Should I dunk the colonized ones and do everything like usual?

Right that's what I was getting at but if the other jars are halfway close I would wait
