Incubation Room - Temp Adjustment

Where I live it has been a constant 15 degrees outside for the majority of this winter season and it fucking sucks
My place is set at 70F but doesn't always stay that way...
I am looking to do something with my closet space to raise the temperature to around 80F for Incubating by jars. Maybe add a small heater you get at Wal-Mart you can just plug in and let sit inside the closet.
The dimensions are 32" Deep x 36" Wide x 80" Tall
Any thoughts or ideas?

Those heaters work good. Shoot for 68-72F instead of 80F.

I just feel that it's been 2 months so far and my jars are only at 90% colonized which to me seems wayyyyy to long. I put agar in each jar and some older ones i used MS.
These are cubes yes

They were at 50% and yeah I shook them
They have been recovering just fine. I might just be impatient.
Im thinking of only doing g2g once one of these bitches are fully finished.
Any tips of quicker colonization? It's been a couple years since I have done this

After a shake at 50% if they're not done in two more days its fucked even in the mid 60s

I don't think changing the temp is the answer to your problems À Maybe your grains are too welllt , or too dry. Could be contamination tool

They do look dry........ Any tips to keep them moist?
I follow the Franks Tek for WBS perfectly
I use pint jars with SFD lids and most of my jars do look dry
PC for 1.5 hours as well

I'm just saying I've had jars stall out from bad grain prep before, and it can happen from dry or wet grain. Nothing you can really do about it after the fact to fix it, just gotta Improve your grain prep.
But maybe thats not it. Maybe its contamination. You said you shook at 50%, healthy jars will recover + finish within a week after a shake IME
Either way I would give it a couple more goes instead of building an incubation room. Its not the temp causing your problems

I don't think contamination is my problem. I have had the dry grain problem before and still spawned them to bulk and it ended up fine.
I swear after I take the jars out of the PC they get dried and or burnt from the cooker.......
Not 100% positive on that yet.
I honestly don't know how to make my grain prep ":better"
Besides removing the initial garbage from the top and letting them soak for 24hrs with a mixture of coffee and some gypsum the only thing left to do is put them on the stove until they begin to simmer and then let them dry for 30-60 mins then put the grain into jars and PC them.
Im up for any ideas or improvements I could make in the future though

Leave out the coffee for now. Gypsum is a nice addition as it causes less harm than good. Not only does it provide calcium and sulfate, it helps prevent grains from clumping after being sterilzed.
