Letting pasty plates sit in PC until tomorrow evening?

Hi everyone, tomorrow i plan on trying out agar for the first time by cloning some sclerotia. I know that it takes a while to cool down, so i was hoping i could make it tonight and then do the cloning tomorrow.
Could the pasty plates sit in the Pressure cooker until tomorrow evening, or would it be better to take it out? Or could this cause condensation problems?
Thanks
