Aborted pins?
    #24898110 - 01/08/18 08:28 AM (7 years, 9 days ago)

These guys showed up 4 days ago, not much growth since then but the color changed as you can see more of grey.

No more new pins except that during this time.
What is that? Aborts, Verticillium? What do I do at this point?

My setup is:
Monotube with 6 holes in the bottom, covered with polyfill at the moment.
Temp around 65-70F.
Expanded clay covered with water + aquarium compressor pumping air into the water:

Fanning  and mysting every day 4 times

Probably overly hydrated substrate and poor fruiting conditions.
I see those hydroton clay balls. Which basically have no place in mycology.

You do nothing at this point other than follow reliable methods. Try to fit that grow into better conditions. Or starting over entirely with reliable methods.

I don't see those pins maturing much more,
you need to introduce that tray to better fruiting conditions and hope for the best

Tnx guys, I've updated post to include my setup and current conditions.
I am not sure if the humidity is higher then needed, dont have hygrometer at the moment.

You need to build a proper monotub, all that aquarium stuff is counter productive.
Monotubs are set and forget, with some occasional misting here and there.

You don't have a monotub if it has air pumps and clay balls. You have a contraption you built following no particular guide. Because you thought it would make it less work for you.

The monotub was already automated before all the extra shit. No one recommend you do all that extra stuff that mushrooms hate.

Make a proper monotub leave it completely alone get results that are 100x better
