Is it possible, if I changed my diet to say an all veggy diet and saved my poops... that I could grow pan cyans off my own poop?

HA! Who is it that has a list of newb questions in their sig? Pasty maybe? This was one of them.
Yes keep a tote filled with human shit in your closet that you put a heat lamp on and spray with water, the only thing that will grow is your likelyhood of contracting a life threatening illness or infection. That and the smell

our stomach acids and that of other omnivores are too strong and would break everything down and absorb all the nutrients. Maybe if you fasted and then ate nothing but grasses that you can't digest and then leached the poo, but that would destroy your digestive tract and colon and then still probably wouldn't work.

I know it's a silly thing to think about, but I can understand the question.
If a human lives from grains, legumes and vegetation, then how is it truly that different from a cow or a horse? Of course, it would be minus the hormones, pharmas, antibiotics, growth hormones, and what not that is fed to most cows... but I don't see how those things would help mycelium and mushrooms.
I'm just trying to be the "devil's advocate." So sue me.

is pretty much crap...
You don't poo out of your stomach unless you've has organs bypassed. If you have stomach acid coming out your backside, then you may want to get that checked. People can digest grass just fine, and it will not destroy your digestive tract.
Humans are only omnivores in that they can chose what they eat, rather than relying upon instinct... which is in itself unfortunate.
Aliens in the monkey jungle, for sure.

I suggest you watch your tone until you do some more research. Has nothing to do with the fact that we can digest grass and more to do with how we digest the grass.
