My very first grow 1

Hello! I've just created this account to share some pictures of my first grow of Psilocybe Cubensis. Any thoughts, tips, suggestions are very welcome.
I followed instructions found on a youtube channel called Esporos no Ar (Spores in the Air), and guidance throught many websites, including many posts found on Shroomery. Thank you!
Fruited both Golden Teacher and Albino A+ in the same FC with no problem, apparently.

I hope the image attachment is being done correctly. If so, above is my fruiting chamber, with two albinos and some golden teachers.
Some water and clay pebbles on the bottom holding a glass tray with the cakes ontop.

Some fruits.

Crazy twisted albino!

And a cake before harvest and flush.

Regarding the albino in the background of the above image, I thought it could be going bad, it was so yellow. It grew to be the largest fruit in the batch, seemed healthy.

Finishing, double head golden teacher.
Later today I'm taking the cakes out of the water and back in the clean FC, for the next round. If I may, I'll update the results of the second batch on this same post.
Thank you for your time, have a great day!

Good job, Nice looking fruits. Maybe checkout a SGFC but it looks like that worked good for you.

Awesome early results!
I'm hoping to have some fruits as nice as those pretty soon! Exciting to say the least!

Nice fruits!
Not the best FC but I'm glad it worked. Use the Shroomery as a resource next time instead of YouTube!

Hey, thank you all for your comments!
Today the cakes were taken out of the water and back in the clean FC. Honestly, they smell funny, like sour milk. I did a quick search and it seems to be yeast or some other contaminant. Besides the smell, theres no visual sign of contamination,so probably use lots of FAE and keep humidity high as possible.
If things go bad, there's still some prints.

Typically a sour milk smell means bacteria
