I forgot in the city my cake and this happens ):
The two big pins grew 3 days ago. This doesn't look very good hahaha, thrash or keep?

It is just the start . Give air and water on a regular basis for optimal results.

The caps on the pins are dark and the stems have dark brown lines because they are infected with bacterial blotching (pseudomonas spp.). Water collecting on the fruits for too long will cause it. Remove the rotting pins, increase FAE, and if need be cut back on watering a little. You can also use 150ppm calcium hypochlorite solution with cutting back on watering, don't use sodium hypochlorite.

Pool supply store, it's known as "pool shocker". It's a corrosive oxidizer and toxic so I would only apply it to the mycelium, not fruits meant for consumption.
To make a 150ppm solution you would want to add 150mg or 0.15g per liter. On the bag it will tell you the available chlorine as a percentage. For example if it is 65% available chlorine, (0.15g/65)×100=0.23g/1L to make 150ppm
I'm bad at dilutions so somebody should check my math
