They are definitely not, I'm afraid. A Conocybe sp. as ambc stated.
To my knowledge there are no reports of P. smithii occurring in South America, they appear to be a temperate species so far only found in northern parts of North America and Europe.

Seems like you might have some luck in the pastures, if they are riddled with manure:

I found them near a river in the grass, and if in the area there are usually cattle and sheep, I consumed a fresh one a few days ago, I did not have any discomfort after the next 24 hours so there is a possibility that they could be of that species? Cochabamba is located between 1900-2500 m.m.

Not a very smart move. You should never eat any unidentified mushroom. These might be toxic, however you'll probably need a certain amount for it to be dangerous. Still, please don't tempt fate like that.

I believe you have to eat 4-5 fresh conocybe to be toxic but It's not a good idea to just eat any mushroom. Some species only take 1 or 2. They can be very unforgiving.

Probably more like a few hundred, the Conocybe species known to contain toxins only has small amounts. But since little is known about the potential toxicity of most Conocybe species, one should treat members of the genus as inedible.

That's a surprise, I was under the impression the toxic effects like vomiting, abdominal pain and such would require a lot less, like 20 grams and the poisonous effects would take alot more. You've inspired more research, yay.
