PF, www.fanaticus.com probably the easiest of all. working from a cake is pretty much free from contams. get the book and a syringe and youll be set. good luck

Personally, if I was you I would go w/ the Magic Mushroom Growers Guide, though the Psilocybe Fanaticus version is the basis for the MMGG and thus they are similar. Just go to the Grow/Find as Larry stated.

I can understand someone asking what would be the best method for the first time, even if you do research it is still hard to tell what would be best for you. Dont buy the pamphlet from pf, if you have a printer print EVERYTHING from his site and read it all twice, read the mmgg and read all the teks and modifacations before trying it, them, or whatever. The key is read, read, and more reading. Inhale all that you can before jumping into it. Also, if you want a good tip, dont even worry about the poormans, just go with perlite.

appreciate it M-cake and cyberpsilo. i'll probably go with pf tek. is it easier than it sounds? i'm pretty good with following directions, but it seems pretty complicated. how did yall do the first time around?thanks.
