Same boat it seems for me I'll have to give those a try.

I love those tiny shoeboxes. Be careful, when fruits start increasing to be bigger than pins, they will dry out that sub quick, making for a difficult 2nd flush.
finally got fourth flush going. sub has been broke into three parts, largest in a dub, other two in 711 cups.
long story shroom abides yall

I noc them with 1/2 of a pf cake slurried per bag. I've gone less(1/3) but I love how fast they colonize with 1/2 a cake.
I can make a ton of cakes very easily and fit them in a very small space for how powerful they are.
The cakes get nocced with lc which is extremely easy to make, inoculate, colonize, and expand nearly endlessly... even with my not perfectly clean cultures.
I wish I could just crank out grain spawn like this but it always ends very messy. This is just very straight forward and pretty much guaranteed.
I can really do a massive amount this way so it's not a big deal but I hate thinking I could be doing less work for the same results if I could just figure out open air spawning.
anyway I also love these for their reliability and performing like clockwork.
It's really set and forget for most of the time and not much need to worry or check throughout for contam.
If they colonize then they'll fruit ime.
they're kinda like the pf tek in that regard.
Can I ask you, Im curious. Where in your process do you think you mess up the 100% clean spawn? I have to guess that your LC is 100% clean. What has stopped you from getting 100% clean spawn?

Here is a monster 2nd flush fruit I just harvested.

Here is a shoebox with a pin set that is going to fucking EXPLODE!

Here is a 1st flush shoebox harvest. 668G wet off of 2QT, should dry to right around 2 OZ.

O yea and a nice looking cluster I managed to get pulled off of this shoebox whole.
