IF you REALLY think it is over saturated, give it a little open air time each day, keeping a close eye NOT to dry out the surface. This will also help pin/fruit development.

also you don't need that gauge in your chamber. your eyes are your gauge
Yea im starting to think Genetics possibly a lil to wet .
The gauge was just so i can see whats happening for learning . I had one cap kinda crack even tho humidity is like 80-90%
Honestly the spawn ratio to sub was very low and it took a while to colonise, when i introduced to fruiting it wasnt quite 100% colonised.
Theres alot of factors here i guess i shouldnt be expecting to much given the circumstances.
Also this is my very first mono tub. Well i have 2 going. the other one is going super slow , and they were started at the same time.
I guess back to the drawing board after these with some new insight and more careful water content in substrate . Higher spawn ratio. all that jazz.Quote:

My walls are bone dry all the time.
Is this bad? What does this tell me?
I understand that it indicates temp difference between FC and ambient rom temp.
But is it ok to be dry ? Humidity still reads high 80s. But walls are bone dry.
All successfull monos i see are dripping wet off the walls. Y

Yes ish. Really evaporation needs to occur at the surface of the substrate. That is what will cause your knots/pins to form.
