Did I put this into fruiting too early? Brown Water Spots???

Hey Good Afternoon,
This is my first bulk tub & shroom grow in general, and I've learned a lot about patience over the last few weeks. However, I am wondering if I jumped the gun and put this into fruiting too early. The top sub has been almost all white for about 4 days now - I have just been waiting for this one dime - sized area to white-up and that happened yesterday. I cut the wholes and opened the lid for the first time after 13 days of colonization. What do you think - are they fully colonized from the looks of it? The little droplets are condensation.
Also, as yo can see from the pictures there are a few little brown spots on the surface on the surface. This has been happening from the beginning - where condensation drops down and slightly pools, but the area is a light brown, which seems very strange to me. Has this happened to anyone? Is it a possible sign of contamination? I have seen it since the sub started turning white, and haven't seen any spreading at all.
Any help or insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

It´s not too early, you can fruit the same day you spawned if you wish, the culture will still keep colonizing and solidifying until it feels it´s time to fruit. You can´t really stress the organism to fruit, it will fruit when it´s ready. And it looks pretty good so far

Wow - thanks so much for your quick responses! So you have seen these brown water spots as well? It looks like in the bigger droplets that it almost melted the mycelium away. Does excess pooling moisture have that effect?

The brown/yellow droplets are metabolites that the mycelium secretes to help combat infections of sorts. It´s a minor problem for now, but might develop into something more serious, up the FAE to help the culture combat bacteria and infections. GL
